EXCLUSIVE STEPHANIE HEYMANN INTERVIEW & COMPETITION

Stephanie Heymann took Timber to Country all the way with her fun, infectious and refreshing remix.

I had the opportunity to speak to the very talented and gorgeous Stephanie about her unique twist on Timber. Stephanie also talks more about her career, Dirty Southaners, being in the original Timber video as well as Pitbull. Read on for some more revealing and interesting facts all round.

It's not everyday nor with every fabulous remix that YOU have the opportunity to win autographed merchandise by the star so stick around until they end to find out just how you could get your hands on some goodies!

So nice to meet you Stephanie & Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me

I really enjoyed your Timber remix- how did that come about?
The original Timber song already had that Country feel! The video was actually shot in a Country and Western bar near my hometown. We wanted to add in a little extra southern flavour to mix it up a little bit.

What aspects did you enjoy the most about working on the remix?
Working on the remix was so much fun! Especially since it already had the Country vibe going on. My team and I wrote the lyrics together and added a little more twang to the production.
The Jump Smokers also have a version of their own. It's a high energy club mix! Very Miami. I love the fusion of all of the styles.

I think a video even a lyric would be great to sing-along to & get us fans more into the Country
swagger-is that a possibility?
There's definitely a possibility for a lyric video.

Do you know what Pitbull said after he heard your remix?
I'm not exactly sure what he said! But I know that he liked it! I hope it made him proud.

Apart from the Timber remix you have already been in the Pitbull camp for some time before- tell me more...
Believe it or not I started with Pitbull on tour as a promotional model. It was such a fun job we had our own tour bus and worked two hours a day taking pictures with a Pitbull cut out and then we got to watch every show! I also performed as one of Pit's dancers for Premio lo Nuestro, Premios Juventud and the New Year's Eve show 2014 (Dick Clark's New Year's Eve special). I got to know the team through this.  Omar Tavarez (Pitbull's drummer and musical director) is the one that helped connect the dots when it came to beginning my music career they're all so sweet and inspiring.

How long have you been writing Country music?
I've been writing my whole life! Mostly poetry. Writing music is pretty fresh on my hobby list but I really love it! It's such a great form of expression and Country music is easy to write because of my lifestyle. We've also had the opportunity to write with some amazing Nashville Country writers such as
Phil Barton, James Slator, Preston Brust and Brian White.

Who are your influences in the Country music scene and why?
I'm very influenced by Country legends Johnny Cash, Hank Williams and Loretta Lynn. I'm a huge fan of outlaw Country. My influences from today are Miranda Lambert, Eric Church, and George Strait.

What would be your dream collaboration in & outside of Country?
It would be pretty cool to collaborate with Bruce Springsteen or maybe the Lynard Skynard if he was still here. I love classic and southern rock music.

You work with Dirty Southaners Aaron Fishbein and long before with Omar Tavarez already for some time- tell me how he discovered your talents?
Omar and I met on tour! I never would have thought that we would work together creating music back then. I have always admired his work ethic and though it would be cool to be a dancer, I never thought that I would have this opportunity! Omar heard me singing in a car on the way to run up to Runyon
Canyon with a couple friends in LA. I didn't even know anyone could hear me singing along to the radio! We were both there for shows. (I was dancing for Flo Rida at the time).

You have an amazing and diverse career to date. What advice would you give any aspiring Country artists out there?
I would say just to be yourself! Don't try so hard to fit in. People love it when they can sense that you are true to yourself! Even if it's a little rebellious and against the grain.

Could you teach me something Country!
Oh! I can teach you all kind of line dances! Meet me at The Round up in Davie! One of my favourite things to do is line dance, two step, and west coast swing!

If you could remix or have been on another Pitbull song what would it be?
I love Pit's music! It's so fun to dance to...I can't think of a particular song this moment in time as he has so many great ones - but who knows, maybe we'll have an original song together one day!

You were actually in the original Timber video did you have a lot of fun?
The Timber video was a blast! I danced around with a huge boa! Kind of scary but still a great experience.

Thanks for treating us Pitbull fans to a REAL Country experience! I think yours & Pit's voices really compliment each others!  Is a song together a possibility in the future?
Thank you! That's nice to hear! No talk of that just yet! But it would be fun!

What's next?
I'll be releasing some original music and content very soon! Stay tuned! www.stephanieheymann.com

Thank you again Stephanie & All the best for the future

WILD WILD LOVE VIDEO - Business As Usual !

The video for Wild Wild Wild Love by the new International playboy Pitbull with G.R.L is released today. Directed by David Rousseau, the video maverick has once again pulled 'the rabbit out of the hat' so to speak!

Pitbull has the Key To Miami and probably a set of keys to the Playboy Mansion where the video is predominantly set. It's bunny hopping but not so mad. Any video set at Hugh Heff's crib as many in the past, it's half expected that it's going to be fast 'n' filthy! Alas, this is certainly not the case, this is Pitbull and even though you get the ass, it's still done with a lot more class.

Although you have Playboy bunnies and the G.R.L girls (couldn't really be certified as a Pitbull video without women really could It now?), the video is really about business with the added fun element- what Pitbull is about.

The video begins with the question being posed to Mr Worldwide who is always wheelin' and dealin' as to whether he has a deal with the ladies and soon moves onto Pit in the iconic hallway of the Mansion with the staircase and Playmates on either side.

On it goes with business being conducted over the long table with laptops, clipboards, overhead projectors and Pitbull being impressed by figures presented to him. Business is about strategy and Pitbull is not one to get caught out by a check-mate move in a game of chess nor is Mr Worldwide one to be fazed or distracted by one of the ladies flirting and hair flicking beside him into being cornered into a deal. Pit invites the G.R.L ladies from the Playboy to the Vizcaya Mansion to show them how they do business in Miami where a deal is sealed with a kiss on the hand and Voli.

Pitbull looks fresh and very crisp in his suit and bow tie and the screen shots of Pitbull in the Vizcaya Mansion outdoors with the sun illuminating his face is a particular favourite of mine. Closely followed by the scene of Pit standing in the hallway of the Playboy Mansion between the staircase and Playmates and outside between the giant stone lion heads.

Ladies of G.R.L were also very stylish and classy, outfits and dance moves together smooth and sexy. G.R.L are definitely one to watch out for.

Modern day Hugh Heff er yes
Playboy to the death er yes
Pitbull been in suit around the globe
Wanted to see you in a Heff silk robe!

Mmm Mmm Yeah...Yeah?

Mmm mmm yea yea when I saw these boys looking so stylish I'm like they look so good but they bad, bad!

Mmm Mmm Yea Yea by Austin Mahone with Pitbull
made its debut on VEVO today.

Set in a cream, white and grey tiled room illuminated by soft pinks, white, purples and blues. As a video junkie, Jamiroquai's famous video Virtual Insanity with moving furniture also sprung to the forefront my mind. Yet with Gil Green's version being more colourful, engaging and visually pleasing. (Both the set and artists!)

Giant speakers moving back and forth, girls riding on speakers, sofa's wondering around and multiple jacket changes by Ausin Mahone who busts out in a few Usher/Jacko like moves.

Pitbull in more ways than one showing the young 'un just how its done in a more relaxed leather look but looking just as hot as always in his signature aviators. Can't imagine that the moving floor could have been too challenging to work with on set for Pit, being not only a fast talker but also a fast walker by the norm!

Austin M and Pit keep doing your thang!

Do we like it? Yeaa Yeaah!

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH OMAR TAVAREZ

Omar playing the drums on stage is as thrilling as watching the sting that Pitbull gives to rhymes. Dynamic, powerful, commanding and full of drive and passion.

Born in the city that is the Big Apple and based in Miami, Omar’s teachers originally thought that he was on the straight path to becoming a classical percussionist. Yet Omar went on to study Jazz and Studio Music at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. From there he went on tour with singer/songwriter, J.D. Natasha, a two-time Latin Grammy nominee.

Having performed and recorded with some of the music industry’s key players such as Jennifer Lopez,  Lil’ Wayne, Lil’ Jon, Ying Yang Twins, Akon, Marc Anthony, T- Pain, Baby Bash, Enrique Iglesias, Neyo, Paulina Rubio and Michel Telho to name but a few, Omar’s talents show no boundaries. A very knowledgeable musician. Omar is versatile, entrepreneurial and knows more about fitting into different kinds of hats than simply hitting a high hat!

Omar has been is spinning around the globe with his drum kit in tow on the Global Warming tour with Mr Worldwide. The dynamic drummer is also busy programming, producing, writing music and developing artists for his own production and artist management company, Dirty Southaners.

I had the great pleasure of speaking with the delightful, gorgeous, multi-talented Mr OT Drummer while he was in London on tour with Pitbull. Obtaining a refreshing insight and also learning a lot of things along the way. Here Omar talks about touring, being a musician as well as his exciting new business venture and up and coming new artist under his production company.

SERINA: Welcome to London Omar and thank you for seeing me. Wow! You’re really living the dream, drumming for Pitbull – How did that happen?

OMAR: It’s a great story, I was playing in a local band in Miami for about 7 months and around January 2008 Pitbull’s management came in and took a look at the band and I think they may have thought that they have possibly found some of the guys they need. They approached me and asked if I could put together a small group, like me on drums, a keyboard player and a percussionist. I took the keyboard player and percussionist from the band told them what was going on and then a month and a half later we were on the road with Pitbull! We did three rehearsals and Pitbull came to the very last one and we had really, REALLY been practising our butts off and Pitbull said something like “Cool let’s do it, we leave on Monday”

What’s Mr Worldwide like to travel and work with?
OMAR: It’s a pleasure and honour to be on stage, perform and work with Pitbull. To listen to him, his insight and business approach to a lot of things. Pitbull has a lot of great mottos that we all take on board. Many that I apply when I’m talking to people on the business side. Pitbull is like the older brother that I never had, I mean that in the way that you have an older brother that will look out for you. It’s more like “Hey, you should do it this way. Did you make a mistake? Did you learn from it? Good. Next time you know not to do that.”

So a bit of tough love?
OMAR: Exactly, there’s a bit of tough love but it’s cool. It may not be for everybody but I’m fine with it. I have an older sister and she was tough love but not hard core. With Pitbull it’s more like a business ‘tough love’ approach - where we’re going from here on, having vision. I have always been a person to have goals and it’s good that I met Pit when I met him at the age of 23 and both being on the same page of wanting to go far. Every year Pitbull tells me “we’re going to do this next year, and we’re going to do this next year” and they have all been happening. If in 2015 Pitbull has a vision for something to happen, I GUARANTEE it’s going to happen and I believe in that.

Pitbull is a very wise man. Talking of mottos, has he ever parted with other words of wisdom to you or the rest of the team?
OMAR: Pitbull is always pushing me to think outside the box, and encouraging me to launch my business ideas.  Pit understands that I love drumming but also encourages me to think ahead.

Kind of like ‘Short steps, long vision?’
OMAR: Yes, and to work hard for your dream ventures so the dream, money and good fortune in all aspects also work hard for you too.

You mentioned you were drumming about January 2008, you’ve obviously been drumming a lot longer than that…
OMAR: I started playing the drums when I was 12 years old, took formal training when I was 13 and became a professional musician when I was around 15-16 years old. I got paid to do gigs.

Were you one of those kids that did their folks heads in banging on drums or anything that sounded like it?
OMAR: (Laughs) I did the pots and pans thing, but I also had this really nice reclinable rocking couch. I would hit the panel on the side of the bottom of the couch with a stick as if it was the bass, like ‘doof- doof’ (making a bass-like sound). I was about 4-5 years old, yes.. I remember that!

Aww it’s all coming back..
OMAR: (beaming) Yes, the son of our neighbour was a drummer and he gave me a snare drum as a gift and I used to put the snare drum on the reclineable couch and for the sound of the bass I would play on that sound of the side of the chair. It had a really nice low-end so when you hit it, it would reverberate the low and then I had the snare so I just played beats. But I knew what I was playing. I would play what I heard on the radio, for example ‘boom-boom-ka, boom-boom-pa-ka’ (makes sound of snare and bass) and my mum was like “shut up!” and flipping out. That was when I was about 4-5 years old.

So you really started a lot earlier than the age of 12?
OMAR: Exactly. However, at the age of 12 my uncle gave me a three-piece drum set and I call that my first time. (Omar shows a reminiscent expression as he goes back in thought)

Who was your biggest influence growing up?
OMAR: I come from a very talented family of uncles and cousins who are musicians. I have a sister and she is my biggest influence. My sister is about 6 years older than me and she was in dance and I was in music, both of which match together closely. My sister went to the Performing Arts High School in Miami and there they had a jazz programme and every time there was a performance, there was live instrumentation. There were no playback machines. They incorporated the live music with the live dancing performance and I thought “Wow this is amazing. I’m hearing this and I’m seeing this. I want to be a musician and take this seriously” Seeing my sister perform at such a high level at performance high school, and being at elementary/middle school when she was already off to college meant that I spent a lot of my early years watching my sister do her thing. She is awesome, she’s my backbone and she’s super cool.

Touring must be quite demanding mentally and physically how do you stay on top of it, look after and prepare yourself?
OMAR: Physically, I try to get enough sleep. I take about 15 different vitamins a day to stay healthy. Majority of which are immunity pills. Taking a lot of vitamin C and trying to eat right, such as lots of greens and whole meats.

Is it hard to eat right when you’re on tour?
OMAR: It’s hard to limit what I eat when in London because there’s a Nando’s here (Omar laughs) I love Nando’s…But yes, it is important to watch what you eat.

What about exercises, do you need to do any stretches with all that pounding away at the drums?
OMAR: There are some yoga stretches that I do, my sister is a yoga instructor and so I do a little bit of yoga when I’m in LA and take a class with her. However, on a normal basis I don’t sit for an hour doing yoga in my room for example but I do certain stretches. I also do other arm stretches and use a grip (machine) with springs. A lot of drummers use that as it works your forearms and other muscles in the arm.

What is your most memorable moment on tour so far?
OMAR: The Hollywood Bowl. LA has always been a market that loves Pitbull. I started going to LA in 2004. I didn’t work with Pitbull until 2008 and when I was there in 2004 they were playing Pitbull like crazy and in those four years in between, I used to go LA to visit family or work and I hear Pitbull on the radio and I think this guy is from Miami and they play him here a lot.

Lo and behold I end up being on Pitbull’s gig and we just played the Hollywood Bowl for the Global Warming tour and sold it out. For me, that was the biggest and most memorable show that we did.
Selling it out and playing the Hollywood Bowl especially as a lot of great musicians have played there such as Herbie Hancock. The site itself is very historic and one of the first amphitheatres ever built and actually into the hill. It holds 18,500 people.

The funny thing is back in November 2012 I flew to LA, and you can go to the Hollywood Bowl in the daytime and I sat at the very top and I took a photo of the Hollywood Bowl for Instagram and wrote “Hope to sell this place out one day.” A few months later we ended up playing and we sold it out.

As well as spinning around the globe with Mr Worldwide, I see that you also have a lot of other things going on. Tell me about Dirty Southaners…
OMAR: Dirty Southaners! (Omar’s eyes light up and he gives a big, exited smile)
Dirty Southaners is a great collaboration between myself and another great friend of mine who is also another producer/musician/songwriter by the name of Aaron Fishbien. Dirty Southaners is our artist management agency, where we not only manage but also produce music for and develop talented artists. Where we also focus on the promotion of their overall exposure and career path progression.

Aaron and I go back from when I was about 18 years old, he was working as a producer/songwriter/guitar player in Miami with professional producers in studios cutting instrumentation for notable albums between 2000-2004. I met him through a mutual friend. My sister used to be in a singing group and when the group, Edens Crush, dismembered in November 2001, she moved back to Miami. Aaron was a producer here in Miami that wanted to work with my sister and so they worked on some songs together.  I was quite young at the time and I was like “ I just got a scholarship to the University of Miami and I wanna cut drums!” Cut drums means to record drums, by the way!  It was really great to hang out with someone that had a really great studio and then a few years later between 2003 and 2004 Aaron asked me  “I’m producing a rock band, do you want to play drums in the band?” I was like “Sure why not!”  At that time you have to remember, we didn’t have iTunes and as many platforms on the internet as we have today. There was Napster, which was more for sharing and so we really just had My Space at the time. We had labels interested, the CD was great and we put it out there and we were really close to getting the project up and running. After this time, Aaron and I kept in contact. Aaron became like my South Beach dad, like a role model.

Then a few months ago I said “Hey Aaron, there’s this phenomenal singer, a phenomenal dancer. She sings really well, although she doesn’t have any studio recording experience”

Is that Stephanie Heymann?
OMAR: Yes

Tell me more about her…
OMAR: Stephanie is a professional dancer from Miami and has worked with Flo Rida, Pitbull, Marc Anthony, JLO and many more. Stephanie had finished touring with Flo Rida around January 2013 so I asked “As you have some free time, do you want to come to the studio and work on something?”

Stephanie, Aaron and I just clicked! We wrote our first song together called ‘Get It Get It’. It’s an awesome song. Before we went into the studio we asked Stephanie what genre of music she would like to do, and what is her favourite style. Stephanie said she liked Country music, so I said let’s do Country music. We can produce any kind of music, we’re talented musicians. It’s not like “Oh we can’t do that kind of music you need to go to see this other guy.” We then produced the first track and co-wrote it together. Stephanie sounded great and we thought “Why don’t we sign her, sign her to us? Let’s call ourselves the Dirty Southaners”. The name Dirty Southaners stems from what Miami was known for in the ‘90’s.

We went ahead with the venture, signed Stephanie and thought let’s see where it goes from here. It’s been great. It’s been the best business decision I have ever made.

With us touring and travelling with Pitbull and the collaborations with so many different artists from different genres, we’re also dabbling with artists in the Country music world and looking forward to doing business in the future.

Teach me something technical…
OMAR: (moves closer to the table and places both palms on the edge of the table)
The paradiddle! You take both hands out and tap Right (hand)-left (hand)-right-right and then left-right-left-left. (I follow Omar’s lead and we paradiddle in harmony)
And now you got to put it all together
(We continue to paradiddle more fluidly together…and as I break free and go faster it all goes to pieces!)
See that’s the common problem, everyone wants to go too fast too soon!  But you did well for a beginner.

Do you have any advice for any serious aspiring drummers out there?
OMAR: If you want be a drummer these days it’s the same thing as I went through when growing up.
I come from a city that’s a 'melting pot' of music, Miami has people from Jamaica, Barbados, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, other areas of South America, even Russia and more.
When it comes to being a musician in Miami you need to be diverse and ask yourself  “Can you play a compa beat? (Haiti) soca? (Trinidad and Tobago) reggae? (Jamaica) merengue? Can you play jazz?” You’ve got to be able to play multiple percussion instruments as well as a drum set. As a drummer in Miami, being versatile expands your language of drumming. It makes you understand where your instrument came from. It didn’t come from Miami or Los Angeles, for example. It came from a different origin. For example 'talking drums’ came from Africa and eventually came to meet other parts of the world.

Do you mean, not having tunnel vision or boxing yourself inside a drumming-niche?
OMAR: Yes, for example if someone says ‘I just wanna be a rock drummer’ that’s all good, But you would be a better rock drummer if you learnt how to play a lot of other things too as that’s going to grow your language. That is my biggest advice. Learn to be versatile, don’t be narrow minded, stay humble, be patient and good things will come your way and always have a goal.

Can I have a go on your drums please, it looks like a lot of fun?
OMAR: Yes I’ll try to let you have a go on there before the show starts

For sure? You’re not going to leave me bashing a tambourine and standing in the corner instead are you?
OMAR: No ( he laughs)

Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me Omar, it’s been an absolute honour and pleasure meeting you. I wish you all the best with the tour and your future projects.

WILD WILD PITBULL LOVE!

Ladies and gentlemen you thought that Pitbull loves to have fun with two, well now you're looking at the new international Playboy who has extended to having fun with five to give us some Wild Wild Love!

Pitbull teams up with Robin Antin's ( Pussy Cat Dolls creator) rising girl group G.R.L who draws us into the chorus with their outstanding vocals and catchy hook.

Pitbull clearly has the Midas Touch to whatever he turns his vocals to and with Timber still hovering around the top of the charts globally, in Pit comes with Dr Luke who also produced Timber, with another ready to break into the charts. Work hard, play hard. Can't stop, Won't stop.

Breaking it down a little more at some parts of the song you can hear some feint Country Timber-esque elements but at a much slower, chilled out pace. Although there are some laid back songs in Pit's catalogue over the years, a slower pace is not the norm for which Pitbull is renowned for. Having got everyone thinking they can dance Country and our energies excitable and heightened with Timber, Pitbull now brings us down a little and gets us a little refreshingly chilled. Having said that I'm quite looking forward to someone taking this song on to the next level and giving us a dance/ EDM remix. Motiff gave us an incredible Caribbean, Latin infused remix of Timber. Motiff let's have another!

Long live this wild wild love of Pitbull and his music-it can't be tamed!

UK ROYALTY loves ROYALTY OF THE 305!

Let's hope Pitbull gets wind of this unexpected revelation and makes more trips to the UK. I would love to hear Charles giving us a karaoke version of I Know You Want Me! What a cracker!

I WANNA BE VIDEO - MOTIFF

'I wanna be' watching this video over and over again. Set in a monochrome Miami, Mr 305 Inc artist Motiff's video I Wanna Be made it's premiere on Vevo.

As it opens up with a sun rise, Miami backdrop and drive followed by a borderline 50 Shades of Motiff, the story unfolds of Motiff's love interest finding a telephone number with kisses in his pocket while doing the laundry ( these crazy fans get everywhere trying to cause trouble, hey!) the story
heads for the show down, Motiff driving away as the girl in despair attempts to take her own life. Luckily the genius guitarist returns.

The video is sensual, smooth, sexy yet in some strange but good way also very calming. It takes your emotions through the highs and lows in line with the story told. Pulling you in with Motiff's exceptional guitar skills leaving you mesmerised and engaged at all times but even more so when you actually see Motiff play on screen with so much passion- and when he does that I simply cannot take my eyes off him. A very, very talented musician.

I'm off to watch it again! Come follow me here >>

IT’S ALL FREAKin’ GOING ON!

‘Dem Miami Boyz’ are FREAKy and you know it!  I’m A Freak video, directed by Colin Tilley is finally here!

The scene is party central which is possibly at Enrique’s crib but it wouldn’t be a party without the Master of All Parties, Mr Don’t Stop The Party, Mr The Party Ain’t Over - Mr Worldwide himself! As Pitbull may well say "Let's have some fun" and that is what this video is all about…the naughty kind of fun!

Full of scantily clad women (no surprise!) frolicking around in lingerie to swimwear, Pitbull most definitely gets the girls in their bras and thongs twerking like Miley! From being dressed in a giant teddy bear, to big belly flops and licking cream off navels in a mass feeding frenzy the video has all contexts of freakism.

Nowhere in the house is a party free zone not even in the bathroom where a tattooed guy is trying to find maybe a bit of quiet so he can make a phone call but is joined by a girl in her bikini and also wearing a few dollar bills!

Pitbull is like the Energizer Bunny and can go on and on but it seems Enrique may need a breather and gets one of his female companions to get on all fours so he can use her back and booty as a resting table ( yes have a little sniff and lick on the way too Enrique)

Both Pitbull and Enrique’s sense of good humour and fun shines through in the video along with their love of indulgence in sensual pleasures. I want to say exactly it how it is but can’t do that here so I will do my best to explain it another way. Did anyone else spot the flash illusion-shot of  what can carefully be described as a girl on girl speed-boating one kind of lips to another - funky camera work and direction!

Pitbull- loving the Navy and brown jacket combo

Wild, orgy, booze-a-thon, racy, sexy, fun, crazy – It’s all FREAKIN'’ going on- when’s the next  party fellas! By the way, Khloe Kardashian if you’ve lost Henry it looks like he’s at this party and made an appearance at the beginning of the video too!

Pitbull's Global Gift Humanitarian Award as 30th January is declaredPITBULL APPRECIATION DAY

It is with feelings of immense happiness and delight that we share every single recognition, achievement and award which Pitbull receives, however today is an extremely proud day for us Pitbull fans as Mr Worldwide is tonight going to be awarded the Global Gift Humanitarian Award at the Global Gifts Gala in Mexico. The award reflects Pitbull’s philanthropic and humanitarian contributions.

The Global Gift Foundation is a non-profit making organisation with a mission to help the vulnerable where Pitbull is part of a group of Global Ambassadors who help to make a positive difference to the lives of children and women worldwide. I urge you to read more about this wonderful foundation on: http://globalgiftfoundation.org/

Learning from the best teacher and icon, we’re always grateful, loyal and say thanks to Pitbull not only for the music, inspiration and being the kind man that shows his fans love and appreciation right back whether it be in the public forum or when meeting him personally,  but also for Mr Worldwide’s other work contributions such as The Global Gift Foundation.

It was also last night that Pitbull’s strong army of fans began a secret mission for the next day to spread the word and declare the 30th January as Pitbull Apprecation Day by tagging #ThankYouPitbull to each post on Twitter.

We all know Pitbull has a heart of gold and Mr Worldwide wears this heart on his sleeve. Pit doesn’t scream and shout about it either, but that doesn’t stop us shouting it from the rooftops of just how proud we are of our Pit, our humble hero.

Congratulations Pitbull.

Te Quiero!

Pitbull and Belinda come together to let you know just how much they Te Quiero

Te Quiero ( I love you) is the fourth single featured on  Mexican pop princess Belinda's album, Catarsis.  Produced by the gorgeous and multi-talented Mr305 Inc artist Vein, the track can be described as a smooth and sexy pop(py)-dance number that will have you fist pumping and punching the air in delight as you dance away. The first time I heard the song there were certain points at which I was expecting Pitbull to come in with the EeeeYAW but that didn't happen until a lot later and I love that unpredictability!

Pitbull and Belinda have collaborated before on another personal favourite Egoista and it's always a pleasant, fun and fierce combination when the two get together on a song. Although the song was heard via YouTube last year, it's definitely worth more visits and is now available for purchase on iTunes.

Ladies go grab that Coco Chanel if you know what I'm saying!

** She sings**  "VEEEEIN,  I lo lo lo lo lo love Te Quiero"

UNCLE LUKE SENDS A MESSAGE TO THE #PITBULLGIRLS

Embedded deep in the roots of Pitbull history, Luther Campbell is the man who originally saw the talent, spark, passion and potential in Pitbull.  Took the young puppy under his wing and signed Pitbull onto Luke Records thirteen years ago and put Pit through his paces at Luke's School of Hard Knocks whilst being a friend and mentor at the same time.

Last night, better known as Uncle Luke and veteran rapper Luke Skyywalker in rap group 2 Live Crew was internationally known for multi platinum song 'Me So Horny' was on the Arsenio Hall Show last night talking about Pitbull and his upcoming ventures. Social networks went into a  'Pitbull Global Meltdown' frenzy of support, love and appreciation from all corners of the world for the guru that believed in and introduced us to Pitbull. Sending love right back at the #pitbullgirls, Uncle Luke gave what you may call an exclusive '2Live-Vlog' posted on Pitbullglobal.com with thanks to Cassandria Arnaz for the message and also extended thanks to Angel Rodiguez of AER Management of which Uncle Luke is a under.

Don't you worry Uncle Luke, #pitbullgirls got you, we got Pitbull too! Thank you for taking a chance and nurturing, believing in, giving a break to and steering that little pup in the right direction which gives the world a superstar icon that he is today!

Mmm Mmm YEAH!

All that I can say is Mmm Mmm Yeah Yeah loving this awesome new song.
Teen cutie Austin Mahone releases a delicious track with Pitbull.

Just seventeen years old, talented and rising star Austin Mahone sings about being smitten by a girl walking down the street, approaching to ask her name to which the girl declines turns around and just walks away. But that’s ok as he is left mesmerised by the rear view. Pitbull joins in on this Mmmm delicious new track to also talk about one of his favourite subjects- women! Giving words of wisdom to the teen heart throb “Mmm Mmm Yea Yea she looks so good but she bad yeah” With observation of how you can see that booty from the front Criss Cross– Jump Jump ( maybe Austin's a bit young to remember them!)

A fun filled track with an infectious chorus and hook you just can’t help but sing along to it
